小汗腺汗囊瘤六例报道并文献复习

Eccrine hidrocystomas: a report of 6 cases and literature review

报道6例(男1例,女5例)多发性小汗腺汗囊瘤并对相关文献进行复习。6例患者病程1~9年,皮损均表现为面部多发丘疹,直径约1~3 mm,部分丘疹呈淡蓝色透明样外观。组织病理表现为真皮见扩大的囊性导管和腔,囊壁由两层立方形细胞或一层扁平细胞组成。2例患者应用激光治疗好转,治疗10个月后复发,2例未治疗,2例失访。

Six cases of multiple eccrine hidrocystomas including one male child and five middle-aged and old women were reported and related literatures were reviewed.The course of the disease in those patients was 1-9 years.All 6 cases showed multiple papules on the face,ranging from 2 to 5 mm in diameter,and some of the papules with light blue and transparent appearance.Biopsy showed enlarged cystic ducts and lumen in the dermis lined by two layers of cuboidal cells or one layer of flat cells.Two patients improved after laser treatment and relapsed after 10 months of treatment,two were not treated and two were lose to follow up.
