摘要
皮肤病中有一些疾病与交感神经异常有密切联系,运用星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗部分皮肤病取得了显著疗效;本文就星状神经节的解剖、SGB的治疗机制及其在皮肤疾病中的临床应用,如治疗带状疱疹、脂溢性皮炎、痤疮等进行综述。
Some skin diseases are related to the abnormal of the sympathetic nerve and it is effective of stellate ganglion block(SGB)in the therapy of some skin disorders.The anatomy of stellate ganglion,treatment mechanism and clinical application of SGB in some skin diseases including herpes zoster,seborrheic dermatitis and acne were reviewed in this paper.
