摘要
针对传统高校学生评价方法中存在的问题,提出一种基于因子分析法的民办高校学生评价方法.将民办高校学生视为研究对象,通过因子分析法对主因子进行选取,对其进行计算,并根据计算结果构建因子分析模型,利用因子分析模型对民办高校学生成绩特征进行因子分析,从而实现对民办高校学生的评价,实验证明该方法的教学质量改善率最高,更适用于民办高校的学生评价.
In view of the problem existing in the traditional evaluation method of college students,this paper puts forward a method based on factor analysis.For the evaluation of students in private colleges and universities.Taking the students of private colleges and universities as the research objects,the main factors are selected by factor analysis.According to the calculation results,the factor analysis model is constructed,which is used to analyze the performance characteristics of students in private colleges and universities in order to realize the evaluation.The experiment proves that the teaching quality is improved the most by this method,and it is more suitable for the evaluation of students in private colleges and universities.
