钢筋强度等级对混凝土结构抗裂性能及经济性影响分析

摘要 分析了我国《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010—2010)裂缝宽度计算公式的影响因素,探讨了各因素对裂缝宽度值的影响规律及敏感程度.结合具体工程案例,对比分析了配置HRB335、HRB400和HRB500钢筋的某钢筋混凝土梁的用钢量,研究结果表明,采用高强度钢筋的经济性较好,进一步验算配置不同钢筋梁的裂缝宽度,提出了控制高强钢筋混凝土梁裂缝宽度的措施. Based on analysis on the factors of formulae for the calculation of the cracking width in“Code for Design of Concrete Structures”(GB50010—2010),the influence law and sensitivity of each factor on crack width value were discussed.According to some specific engineering cases,the steel consumption of a reinforced concrete beam with HRB335,HRB400 and HRB500 bars was analyzed,which indicates that the economical efficiency of high-strength bars is better than others.Furthermore,the engineering measures to control the crack width of concrete beams were put forward by calculating the crack-widths of concrete beams with different-strength bars.
