摘要
以我国食品安全抽检项目和监测数据为研究对象,选择与人们日常生活密切相关的食用油为研究类别.通过对数据处理分类,将不合格项目的检测值与国家标准值相比,计算不合格率,以此反映相应不合格项目的风险状态,初步建立食品安全预警数据分析体系,并依据数据分析结果发布相关食品安全预警信息.
This study takes food safety sampling projects and monitoring data as the research objects,and edible oils which are closely related to people’s daily life are selected as the research object.Through the classification of data processing,the unqualified rate is calculated by comparison with the national standard value,which reflects the risk state of the corresponding unqualified items.The food safety early warning data analysis system is initially established,and the relevant food safety early warning information is released according to the data analysis results.
