基于过程的实训类课程考核方法改革探究——以《食品工艺学实训》为例 被引量:1

摘要 以《食品工艺学实训》为例,讨论过程考核在实训类课程教学中的必要性及作用,并对实训类课程考核的考核现状、质量考核指标体系、过程性考核方法在各类实训项目考核中的应用进行分析.通过实践,发现过程性考核方式对于促进学生综合职业素养的提升具有显著的推进作用. Taking the curriculum of Food Processing Training as an example,the necessity and function of the processing evaluation in the implement of the training curriculum were discussed in the paper.The current situation of teaching and assessment,the quality evaluation system and the method of processing evaluation were discussed.Through practicing of the method of processing evaluation,it was found as an effective tool of promoting the training curriculum.
