摘要
提出了一种可用于光伏发电系统的非变压器隔离三端口变换器,以解决目前光伏系统中变换器结构复杂及效率不高的问题.该变换器结构简单,由三个主开关管控制端口间的能量流动,具有较高的能量传输效率,并提供较高的输出电压增益.通过理论分析,实验性搭建了一台功率为300 W的样机.通过实验及分析可知,非变压器隔离三端口变换器在单输入双输出工作模式下的测试波形与理论分析相同,能够有效实现对光伏系统的能量控制.由效率实验可知,非变压器隔离三端口变换器单输入双输出工作模式在较大输出功率的状态下具有较高的效率.
A three-port non-transformer isolated converter for photovoltaic power generation system is proposed to solve the problems of complex structure and low efficiency.The converter is simple in structure,with three main switches controlling the energy flow between the ports,which has high energy transfer efficiency and high output voltage gain.Through theoretical analysis,a prototype of 300W power was built experimentally.According to the experiment and analysis,the test waveforms of the three-port non-transformer isolated converter in the single-input double-output mode are the same as the theoretical analysis,and the energy control of the photovoltaic system can be effectively realized.The efficiency experiment shows that the the three-port non-transformer isolated converter in single-input double-output mode has higher efficiency under the condition of larger output power.
