摘要
在新工科建设和应用型课程教学改革的背景下,一大批高校开展了OBE的工程教育模式改革,取得了一定的成效.然而目前课程教学层面仍然存在着以知识灌输为主,实践练习孤立片面,课程考核以知识评价为主的现状,不能激发学生的学习热情,不利于培养学生实践应用能力和创新能力.成果导向的教学模式体现了应用型人才培养的要求,递进式的项目教学法体现了学生能力培养时阶梯式螺旋上升的特点.本文围绕应用型人才培养要求,探讨OBE理念下课程层面的教学设计、实施与评价,以期提升专业教学质量、实现以工程应用能力为核心的人才培养目标.
Under the background of new engineering construction and application-oriented course teaching reform,a large number of universities have carried out the engineering education model reform of OBE and achieved certain results.However,there are still some problems in teaching,such as knowledge-based teaching and evaluation,isolated and one-sided practice exercises,which neither can stimulate students’enthusiasm for learning nor is conducive to training students’practical application ability and innovation ability.The outcomes-based teaching mode meets the requirements of application-oriented talents.Progressive project teaching method embodies the characteristics of stepped spiral rise in the cultivation of students’abilities.This paper discusses the design,implementation and evaluation of teaching under the concept of OBE,in order to improve the teaching quality of the major and to achieve the goal of training talents with engineering application ability as the core.
