埋地管道变形实用精确定位方法研究与试验

摘要 为了实现埋地管道变形的精确定位,利用携带测径板的清管器对管道进行变形检测,并对变形检测过程中的压力、流量等数据进行理论分析,同时将管道异常压力对测径板变形影响进行仿真验证,结合埋地管道施工图,确定变形疑似管段,然后利用携带测径板和信号发射机的清管器在管道变形处人为制造卡堵,之后通过信号接收机跟踪定位变形的具体位置,并通过现场试验,准确定位了管道变形的位置,定位精度可达0.1 m,表明该埋地管道变形定位工艺可行。 In order to accurately locate the deformation of buried pipeline,the pipeline deformation was detected by using the pig with a caliper plate.The theoretical analysis of the pressure and flow during the deformation detection process was carried out.Meanwhile,the caliper plate deformation caused by the abnormal pressure of pipeline was simulated and verified.Combined with the construction drawing of buried pipeline,the deformation suspected pipe segment was determined.And then the pig with the caliper plate and the signal transmitter was used to artificially manufacture the jam at the pipeline deformation,to track the specific position of the pipeline deformation by the signal receiver.Through the field test,the position of the pipeline deformation was accurately located,and the positioning accuracy can reach 0.1 metre,which indicates that the positioning process of the buried pipeline deformation is feasible.
