摘要 文中介绍了对某沙漠地区含油气管线进行漏磁内检测,并对该管线腐蚀情况进行评价。结果表明,测得金属损失点共计10 282处,缺陷多为内部金属损失,最大深度为79%t,金属损失深度大于50%t的点有261处。对3处开挖点进行验证,结果显示局部最大壁厚减薄量达到7.33 mm,属于极严重腐蚀。对其结果进行分析可知,该管道腐蚀穿孔的原因是在含水条件下管道发生了H2S腐蚀。管道介质中CO2、Cl^-等协同作用加快点蚀速率。建议对缺陷大于50%t的部位更换管道。对添加的缓蚀剂进行筛选评价,缓蚀率需达到70%以上。 This paper introduced the magnetic flux leakage detection for oil and gas pipelines in a desert area,and evaluated the corrosion of the pipeline.The results show that the total number of metal loss points is 10 282,most of the defects are internal metal losses.The maximum depth is 79%t,and there are 261 points with metal loss depth greater than 50%t.The verification of the three excavation points show that the local maximum wall thickness reduction amount reached 7.33 mm,which is extremely severe corrosion.Analysis of the results shows that,the reason for the corrosion of the pipe is that the pipe has H2S corrosion under water conditions.The synergistic action of CO2,Cl^-,etc.in the pipeline medium accelerates the pitting rate.It is recommended to replace the pipe for parts with defects greater than 50%t.The added corrosion inhibitor is screened and evaluated,and the inhibition rate needs to reach 70%or more.
