新建管道智能验收检测器的研发

Development of New Pipeline Intelligent Acceptance Inspection Tool

文中针对新建管道投产前的检测器运行环境及验收功能的需求,研发了一种智能验收检测器。该验收检测器具备了变形检测、管道走向检测、弯头检测、管件及环焊缝识别检测等功能。检测设备采用了一种新型变形测量探头结构,结合聚氨酯弹性体使用,有效避免了测量探头高速运行时的弹跳。通过人工缺陷变形管道牵拉试验以及大量工业现场新建管道的验收检测,效果良好,发现了大量变形缺陷,验证了智能验收检测器运行及数据采集的可靠性。

In this paper,an intelligent acceptance inspection tool was developed to meet the requirements of the operation environment and acceptance function of the detector before the new pipeline was put into operation.The acceptance detector had the functions of deformation detection,pipeline orientation detection,elbow detection,pipe fittings and girth weld identification detection.A new type of deformation measuring probe structure was adopted in the testing equipment,which combined the use of polyurethane elastomer to effectively avoid the bouncing of the measuring probe when it ran at high speed.Through the traction test of artificially deformed pipeline and the acceptance test of a large number of newly built pipelines in industrial field,the effect was good.A large number of deformation defects were found,which verified the reliability of intelligent acceptance inspection tool and data acquisition.
