摘要 随着食品工业的迅速发展,食品行业对人才的需求也逐步提高。目前,应用型人才是食品行业中较为稀缺的人才类型,对人才的培养质量和实践综合技能提出了更高的要求,因此提升学生的实践技能势在必行。在此背景下,以食品理化检验技术综合实验为例,从办学定位出发,打造基础知识体系、改革教学方法手段、建立质量评价体系,对应用型人才培养质量提升与实践研究具有重要的意义。 With the rapid development of the food industry,the demand for talents was gradually improved.At present,application-oriented talent was a scarce talent type in the food industry.The training quality of the talents and the comprehensive skill of the practice had put forward higher requirements,so the practical skills of the students are improved.In this background,it was of great significance to set out the basic knowledge system,reform the teaching method and establish the quality evaluation system based on the comprehensive experiment of the physical and chemical test of the food,as an example,and to establish a quality evaluation system for the quality improvement and practice of the applied talents.
