随着科技的发展,食品检测技术不断更新;其中新型的近红外分析技术在食品检测行业中得到了广泛应用。本文介绍了近红外分析技术的概念、优缺点及其用途;并举例说明它在食品检测中的应用,以期为该技术的推广奠定一定的基础。

With the development of science and technology,food detection technology is constantly updated;Among them,the new near infrared analysis technology has also been used in the food detection industry widely.In this paper,the concept,advantages,disadvantages and applications of near infrared technology were introduced;and illustrating its application in food detection,which lays a foundation for the popularization of this technology.
