摘要
本文在国家提出高校“金课”建设背景下,对翻转课堂教学模式在饮料工艺学教学改革中的应用进行探讨,为提高饮料工艺学教学质量、深化地方应用型本科院校食品科学与工程类专业课程教学改革提供经验。
This paper discusses the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in the teaching reform of beverage technology under the background of“Golden Course”construction proposed by the state,in order to provide experience for improving the teaching quality of beverage technology and further deepening the teaching reform of food science and engineering in local applied undergraduate colleges.
