摘要
随着物质生活水平的提升,人们越来越关注食品质量安全问题,食品风险逐渐引起大家的关注。本文重点分析了食品风险,然后针对食品安全管理的必要性进行分析,最后提出如何对食品风险进行管理。希望本文研究对食品的风险管理具有指导性意义。
With the improvement of people’s material living standards,people are paying more and more attention to food quality and safety issues,and food risks are gradually attracting everyone’s attention.This paper focuses on the analysis of the existence of food risks,then analyzes the necessity of food safety management,and finally proposes how to manage food risks.It is hoped that this study will be of guiding significance for the risk management of foods.
