摘要
建立GC-MS/MS分析葡萄中9种农药残留的方法。葡萄样品经40 mL乙腈高速均质提取,使用固相萃取柱多次净化,样品经HP-5MS Ultra Inert毛细管色谱柱分离后,9种农药在36 min内均完全出峰,且在0.01~0.20μg·mL^-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,平均加标回收率为74.6%~100.5%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~7.5%,检出限均为0.001 mg·kg^-1。此法适宜应用于葡萄中9种农药残留检测。
Establish a method for the analysis of nine pesticide residues in grapes by GC-MS/MS.The sample was extracted by high-speed homogenization of 40 mL acetonitrile and purified by solid phase extraction column.After the grape samples were separated by HP-5MS Ultra Inert capillary column,the 9 pesticides completely peaked within 36 min.There is a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.01~0.20μg·mL^-1,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.995,the average spike recovery is 74.6%~100.5%,the relative standard deviation is 2.0%~7.5%,and the detection limit is 0.001 mg·kg^-1.This method is suitable for the detection of 9 pesticide residues in grapes.
