Discussion on Conducting Performance Testing of Cleaning and Disinfecting Apparatus

目的:对清洗消毒器采取定期的性能检测,以降低设备使用风险。方法:采用无线温度传感器及机器自带诊断程序等,对清洗消毒器消毒温度、清洁液浓度、洁净效果等进行全方面性能检测。结果:通过分析设备性能检测结果,直观监测其清洗消毒效果,提高设备运行效能,为设备维修、预防性维护提供依据。结论:定期的性能检测能够提高清洗消毒器的清洗消毒效能。

Objective:To explore the methods of conducting performance testing of Cleaning and Disinfecting Apparatus to enhance the equipment risk management.Methods:Using wireless temperature sensor and diagnostic program for testing the cleaning and disinfecting effects.Results:Conducting performance testing can monitor and improve the using effect of machine,and also can utilizes the maintenance and PM for daily use.Conclusion:The application of Quality control in Cleaning and Disinfecting Apparatus can improve the efficiency of quality management of medical equipment.
