试论民族地区的风俗习惯改革

Try to Talk about Folkways Reform in the Ethnic Ereas

尊重民族风俗习惯是党长期坚持的一项民族政策。在尊重的基础上,引导各民族群众在自愿的前提下移风易俗,也是党的民族工作的一项重要内容。一段时期以来,围绕民族风俗习惯能不能改的问题,社会上出现了一些不同声音,境内外“三股势力”等敌对势力为了达到其分裂中国、将新疆从祖国大家庭分裂出去的政治目的借机渲染,将民族风俗习惯神圣化、绝对化。针对以上问题,本文根据民族地区自身情况的发展变化,尝试从为什么改、能不能改、朝什么方向改、怎么改、什么时候改和靠谁改等六个方面,谈谈对民族地区风俗习惯改革的一些基本认识。

Respecting national customs and habits is a national policy that the party insists on for a long time.On the basis of respect,it is also an important part of the party's ethnic work to guide the people of all ethnic groups to change their customs on a voluntary basis.For a period of time,there have been some different voices in the society about whether the national customs and habits can be changed.The“three evil forces”and other hostile forces at home and abroad took the opportunity to play up the issue and sanctified and absolutized the national customs and habits.In view of the above problems,according to the development and change of ethnic regions'own conditions,this paper tries to talk about some basic understanding of the reform of ethnic regions'customs and habits from six aspects,such as why to change,whether to change,what direction to change,how to change,when to change and by whom to change.
