摘要
本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,以"A-G-I-L"框架为视角分析当前我国校园足球融入青训体系的内在联系,即校园足球融入青训体系适应青少年足球发展需要;青训与校园足球的共同目标是培养青少年足球人才;校园足球融入青训体系是各自功能的有效整合;校园足球融入青训体系的模式维持。对融入过程中面临的"相互适应"中的困境、"目标一致"的困境、"功能整合"中的困境及"模式维持"中的困境进行分析,为日后足球发展研究提供可行道路。
This paper adopts the literature data method, logic analysis method, from the perspective of "A-G-I-L" framework, the internal connection of the current campus football into the youth training system, that is, the integration of campus football into youth training system to meet the needs of youth football development, the common goal of youth training and campus football is to train young football talents, the integration of campus football into youth training system is an effective integration of their respective functions, and maintaining the mode of integrating campus football into youth training system. This paper analyses the dilemma of "mutual adaptation", "goal consistency","functional integration" and "mode maintenance" in the process of integration, and provides a feasible way for future research on football development.
