摘要
基于共晶型A l-Si变形合金的特点,从化学成分优化、原材料质量、熔炼工艺、熔体精炼与变质工艺以及铸造工艺等方面,简要论述了共晶型A l-Si变形合金的熔铸工艺过程控制。
Based on the characteristics of A l-Si wrought alloy with eutectic type,the process control of melting and casting for A l-Si wrought alloy with eutectic type was discussed briefly from the aspects of chemical constituents optimization,raw materials quality,melting process,melt refining and metamorphic process,and casting process.
