摘要
基于电解铝生产过程中烟气需要脱硫超净排放的要求,介绍了石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫、石灰-石膏半干法烟气脱硫、氨法烟气脱硫、氧化镁法烟气脱硫和赤泥法烟气脱硫等方法的脱硫机理、工艺流程以及优缺点;并通过对这几种脱硫方法的技术指标进行分析,推荐采用干法脱硫技术。
Based on the requirement of desulfurization and super-clean emission of flue gas during electrolytic aluminum production,desulfurization mechanism,technological process,advantages and disadvantages of wet desulfurization with limestone-gypsum,semi-dry flue gas desulfurization with lime-gypsum,ammonia flue gas desulfurization,magnesia flue gas desulfurization and red mud flue gas desulfurization were introduced,then dry desulfurization technology was recommended through the analyzing technical indexes of these desulfurization methods.
