摘要
基于某多晶硅厂工业循环水系统水泵的运行现状及耗能分析,发现系统能耗过高的原因是水泵实际运行区间严重偏离高效运行区间、叶轮出现汽蚀损害以及部分水泵出口阀门未全开。在满足生产需要、尽可能利旧以及不影响生产工作的前提下,通过对当前系统的精确检测和分析,从参数、型号和叶轮材质等方面确定了适合系统的高效节能水泵。技术改造后,水泵运行状况良好,经济效益和节能环保效益显著提高。
Based on operation status and energy consumption analysis of water pump in industrial circulating water system from a polysilicon plant,it was found that causes of high energy consumption in the system were that actual operating range of water pump deviated from high efficient operation range seriously,cavitation damage occurred in the impeller,and outlet valves of partial water pumps were not full open.Under the premise of meeting the production needs,using old equipment as much as possible,and not affecting production,through accurate detection and analysis on the current system,the high efficiency and energy saving water pump suitable for the system was determined from the aspects of parameters,type and impeller material.After technical transformation,the water pump run well,and economic benefits and energy saving and environmental protection benefits were improved significantly.
