摘要 在水电站机组运行过程中,调速系统螺杆泵及其过滤器、阀组在机组可能出现泵体振动过大、噪音增大、轴承温升过高、电机启动电流增大等异常,导致调速器液压系统工况的恶化,威胁到水轮发电机组的安全稳定运行。通过对上述异常工况的分析、归纳、总结,可供运行维护人员提高技术水平,以及时发现、处理运行中的异常,以确保调速系统三螺杆泵长寿命高效运行。 During the operation of hydro-turbine units in hydropower stations,abnormal operation issues of the screw pump in the governor system and its filter and valve set could be observed such as the excessive pump vibration,noise increasing,excessive bearing temperature rise,and increased motor starting current.These issues may result in deterioration of the working conditions of the governor hydraulic system and threaten the safe and stable operation of the units.In this paper,the abnormal operation issues are analyzed and summarized.The results can be used for the operation and maintenance personnel to improve their technical level in detecting and solving the abnormal issues,so as to ensure the long-time and efficient operation of the screw pump.
