水布垭电厂封闭母线受潮原因分析及处理方法

摘要 由于水布垭发电厂封闭母线较长、漏气点多等使封闭母线受潮、绝缘降低,导致开机时发电机定子接地报警,无法正常开机。根据封闭母线的结构特点、受潮原因等,选择风干、水分置换等有效的干燥措施处理,经对母线进行耐压试验合格,开机成功。通过微正压装置合理的投运方式,加强对封闭母线与绝缘子的检查维护,便可避免类似事故的发生。 Due to the long length and many air leakage points of the enclosed busbar in Shuibuya Hydropower Station,it is affected by damping and the insulation is deteriorated,which leads to the stator grounding fault alarm and makes the generator unable to start normally.Considering the structural characteristics of the enclosed busbar and the causes of the damping,effective treatment measures such as air drying and moisture substitution are implemented.After the treatment,the enclosed busbar passes the voltage withstand test and the generator starts successfully.To prevent the occurrence of such accident,micro positive pressure equipment is recommended to be reasonably installed and operated.Also,the inspection and maintenance of the enclosed busbar and the insulators should be emphasized.
