市售紫外绿色荧光丝印油墨无色透明性初探

Preliminary Study on the Colorless Transparency of Commercially Available UV Green Fluorescent Silk Screen Printing Inks

紫外荧光防伪油墨作为特种油墨之一,以丝网印刷方式赋予印品防伪与装饰效果是一种比较方便的形式。从市场获得21个“无色透明绿色荧光丝印油墨”样品,通过肉眼观测样品在不同底色上的隐蔽性,使用荧光金相显微镜观察样品微区荧光材料分布情况,通过紫外可见分光光度计测试样品在可见光区的透射率,开展对市售样品的无色透明性研究,可望为紫外绿色荧光丝印油墨的研发人员提供一定的参考。

As one of the special inks,ultraviolet fluorescent anti-counterfeiting inks are made conveniently by screen printing to give proofs anti-counterfeiting and decorative effects.21 samples of“screen printing inks with colorless transparency and green fluorescence”were obtained from the market.The concealment of the samples on different background was investigated by naked eyes.The fluorescence metallographic microscope was used to observe the distribution of the fluorescent materials in the sample in the micro region,and the Ultra-visible spectrophotometry was used to measure the transmittance of the samples in the visible light region.The research on the colorless transparency of the samples is expected to provide some guidance and reference for the developers of UV screen printing inks with green fluorescence.
