Reconstruction of Learning Evaluation System of Secretarial Major in Modern Apprenticeship Higher Vocational Education Based on Kirkpatrick Model

现代学徒制高职文秘专业建设势在必行,能有效实现高职专业建设的实践性、职业性和开放性。以柯氏理论模型为基础,结合文秘专业特点,根据反应层面、学习层面、行为层面和结果层面四个由浅入深的层次,重新构建文秘专业学习评价指标体系,以达到真正完善现代学徒制实施的目的。

The construction of secretarial specialty in modern apprenticeship higher vocational education is imperative,which can effectively realize the practicality,professionalism and openness of the construction of Higher Vocational specialty.Based on Kirkpatrick's theoretical model and combined with the characteristics of secretarial specialty,this paper reconstructs the evaluation index system of secretarial specialty learning from shallow to deep levels according to four levels:response level,learning level,behavior level and result level,in order to truly perfect the implementation of modern apprenticeship system.
