广东专利代理机构分析及对高校专利工作的启示

Analysis of Patent Agency in Guangdong Province and Implications for College Patent Service

为了解广东省专利代理机构发展状况,抓取专利机构及其代理人数据并进行分析。解读其人才结构、地域分布等情况后,发现广东省专利代理机构与人才数量均位居全国前列,专利代理人以青壮年为主,代理机构地域分布集中。结合国家政策导向与代理机构发展情况,制定专利服务采购策略;结合高校实际情况开展差异化专利服务的思路,建议以高校专利工作为契机,加强校企合作,并积极响应成果转化的政策号召,培养专利成果转化人才,对接专利交易市场,激活高校专利资产。

In order to understand the development status of patent agencies in Guangdong Province,data of agencies and agents was captured and analyzed.After interpreted the talent structure and geographical distribution,we found that the number of patent agencies and agents in Guangdong Province ranks in the forefront of the country.The patent agents are mainly young and middle-aged.The geographical distribution of agencies is concentrated.Comprehensive considered both national policy orientation and the development of agencies,patent service procurement strategy and the measure of differentiated patent services based on colleges and universities situation were proposed.We also suggested to take the patent work of colleges and universities as an opportunity to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,respond to the policy of patent achievements transformation,cultivate talents of patent achievements transforming,connect to the patent trading market and activate university patent assets.
