摘要
随着建设一流品质院校的提出,高水平的青年师资队伍建设对职业院校的可持续发展显得尤为重要。在新工科背景下,如何培养计算机学科物联网专业高素养、高质量的青年教师,是一个值得研究的课题。本文分析探讨了师徒结对制度在计算机学科物联网专业职业教育青年教师培养中的实施,包括结对原则、师徒帮与学的方法,以及实施过程中应注意的问题。
With the proposal of establishing first-class colleges,the construction of high-level young teacher team is particularly important for the sustainable development of vocational colleges.Under the new normal background,how to cultivate young teachers with high-quality is a subject worthy of study.In this paper,the implementation of teacher-apprentice pairing system in the cultivation of young teachers in computer IoT specialty vocational education,including the twinning principle,method of mentoring and learning,and issues that should be noted in the implementation process are analyzed and discussed.
