改革开放四十周年教师教育政策嬗变问题与反思

摘要 改革开放以来,我国教师教育政策始终在改革和深化。笔者对不同时期教师教育政策的制定与实施进行了大致的梳理,大体可以将其分为恢复与调整、巩固与提高、发展与创新三个阶段,并且归纳了我国教师队伍不同时期建设的规律,总结了教育政策运行中的经验和不足之处,进而得到了一些建设性的启示。 Since the reform and opening up,China's teacher education policies have been reforming and deepening.The writer has roughly combed the formulation and implementation of teacher education policies in different periods.It can be divided into three stages in general:recovery and adjustment,consolidation and improvement,development and innovation.It also summarizes the rules of the construction of teachers in different periods in China,and concludes the experience and shortcomings in the operation of education policies,thereby obtaining some constructive enlightenment.
