摘要
教育部实施“对口支援西部地区高等学校计划”以来,武陵民族地区高校在人才培养、科研水平、学科建设、师资队伍、硬件设施、管理能力及社会美誉等各个方面都得到了明显提升。在取得成就的同时,也暴露出一些深层次的问题,为进一步统一思想、共建双赢,对建立武陵民族地区高等教育对口支援机制进行了初步探究,以期对武陵民族地区高等教育事业的持续科学发展提供理论支撑。
Since the implementation of the"Counterpart Support for Higher Education Institutions in the Western Regions"by the Ministry of Education,colleges and universities in the Wuling minority region have been significantly upgraded in terms of talent training,scientific research,discipline construction,faculty construction,hardware facilities,management capabilities and social reputation.Some results have been achieved,but some deep-seated problems have also been exposed.In order to further unify thoughts and build a win-win situation,a preliminary study on the establishment of a counterpart support mechanism for higher education in Wuling minority region is provided,with a view to providing a theoretical support for the continuous and scientific development of higher education in Wuling minority region.
