Learning basic political theory is an important means to strengthen theoretical quality.To promote the learning of basic political theories in the army to a deeper level,it is necessary to work hard in depth,solidity,and lasting.The level of learning can be improved through target traction,painstaking research,and highlighting key points;the effect of learning can be enhanced through learning-thinking integration,learning-doing consistency,and learning-using combination;theoretical learning can be normalized and institutionalized by stimulating the motivation,enforcing a strict system,creating an environment and strengthening leadership.
