摘要 针对应用型大学人才培养的需要,开展食品冷藏与冷链技术课程立体化教材的建设工作,优化主教材教学内容,建设数字化教学资源库,实现教学资源共享。把传统纸质教材、教学视频、教学课件、新媒体技术、网络学习平台等合理设置到各项授课环节,丰富了教学内容,激发了学生学习积极性,促进了“教”与“学”和谐发展。 In response to the needs of talent training in applied universities,we carry out the construction of three-dimensional teaching materials for the course of Food Refrigeration and Cold Chain Technology,optimizing the teaching content of the main teaching materials and constructing digital teaching materials,in order to realize the sharing of teaching resources.Traditional paper-based teaching materials,teaching videos,teaching courseware,new media technologies,and online learning platforms are reasonably set up in various teaching sessions,which has enriched the teaching content,stimulated students'enthusiasm for learning,and promoted the harmonious development of"teaching"and"learning".
