摘要
幼儿的同伴协商是幼儿交往的重要影响因素,如何在科学的游戏中通过同伴协商提升幼儿的交往认知水平是幼儿教育面临的挑战之一。同伴性别差异、协商主题片面、同伴类型单一等问题严重影响了幼儿交往中对于策略的应用能力。本文从优化游戏材料、丰富协商主题、完善同伴协商类型等方面进行了策略优化,为构建科学的幼儿同伴协商体系、积极推进幼儿素质教育进行了有益的探索。
Children's peer negotiation is an important factor in their communication.How to improve the communication and cognition level of children through peer negotiation in scientific games is one of the challenges faced by child education.Gender difference,one-sided negotiation themes,and single peer types have seriously affected the ability of children to apply strategies in peer communication.This paper proposes the strategy optimization in terms of optimizing game materials,enriching negotiation themes and improving the types of peer negotiation,which is a beneficial exploration on the construction of a scientific peer negotiation system for children and the promotion of quality education for children.
