对两例工科研究生重度抑郁典型案例的分析及思考

Analysis and Reflection on Two Typical Cases of Severe Depression of Engineering Postgraduates

针对近一年中所遇到的两例重度抑郁学生案例进行分析,作者以问题为导向,分析了目前在工科研究生心理健康教育方面的诸多现状和问题。认为应该通过广泛地宣讲心理健康相关知识、切实发挥校级心理咨询中心作用、以实验室为单位在学生中开展朋辈辅导、建立联动机制等努力解决当前面临的问题。

In view of the two cases of severely depressed students in the past year,the authors analyzed the current situation and problems in psychological health education of engineering postgraduates with the problem-oriented approach.It is believed that we should work hard to solve the problems currently faced in the four aspects of publicizing mental health-related knowledge,giving full play to the role of the school-level psychological counseling center,conducting peer counseling among students in the laboratory,and establishing a linkage mechanism.
