浙江文化底蕴深厚,人才辈出。这些名人既给后人留下了丰富的精神资源,同时也留下了他们曾经居住过的故居。保护和利用好名人故居,有助于推进文化强省、文化强市的建设。针对目前浙江省级以上故居类文保单位保护和利用中存在的认定标准缺乏、管理体制不顺、展陈模式单一、游客体验不足、宣传力度不够等问题,可以采取完善体制机制、开展故居普查、创新管理模式、开发旅游专线、加大宣传力度等措施来加强保护和利用。

Zhejiang has a profound cultural heritage and numerous celebrities.These celebrities left not only abundant spiritual resources,but also their residences for the later generations.Protecting and utilizing these residences of celebrities will help to promote the construction of a province or city with more cultural atmosphere.Dealing with the problems such as the lack of identification standards,inconsistency of management system,the single exhibition mode,insufficient involvement of tourists and insufficient publicity,the paper raises a series of measures concerning the protection mechanism,surveying and management mode of celebrity residences,and developing specialized tourism lines and publicity.
