高职英语教学的职业伦理属性研究

A Study on Professional Ethics Property of English Teaching in Higher Vocational Schools in the Light of Confucian Ethics

摘要 当前我国高职院校的职业伦理教育存在着不少问题,亟需在内容和方式等方面进行革新。英语类课程虽属非职业伦理课程,但其对高职职业伦理教育的价值和意义却不容忽视。鉴于此,可基于儒家伦理观,以培养职业伦理精神为最终教学目标,以高职英语教材研究为例,将英语教学材料的实施分为三个阶段,从教材组织的角度,对高职英语教学职业伦理属性的教育进行探索,以期对高职院校职业伦理教育改革有所借鉴。 Realistic problems are found in professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges in China,such as weak professional loyalty,insufficient professional resilience,etc.,therefore the corresponding researches on professional ethics education urgently needs to be renovated in the respects of content and methodology.Although the English language course is part of nonprofessional ethics courses,its value and significance for professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges cannot be neglected.In view of this,this paper,based on the Confucian ethics,taking the development of vocational ethics spirit as the ultimate teaching goal and the research on English teaching materials of higher vocational schools as an example,divides the implementation of teaching materials into three stages,and beneficially explores the education of the properties of vocational ethics in English teaching in higher vocational schools from the perspective of the arrangements of teaching materials.Besides,it has reference significance for the reform of the curriculum content and cultivation methodology of professional ethics education in higher vocational schools.
