摘要 指出了天然药物化学开放性实验能激发学生对天然药物化学理论知识的学习兴趣,提升学生的实验技能和创新能力。以皱皮木瓜中多糖的提取及其单糖成分的测定为例,进行了开放性实验教学改革的研究。结果表明:通过让学生自主查阅文献,独立设计实验方案,对实验数据和结果进行分析讨论,将理论知识与实践相结合,不仅增强了学生的动手能力,还充分调动了学生的主观能动性,取得了良好的教学效果。 Natural Medical Chemistry Open Experiment can motivate the learning interest of students for its theoretical knowledge.It also can improve the experimental skill and innovation ability of college students.In this paper,an open-experiment named“The Extraction and Separation of Polysaccharides from Chaenomelesspeciosa and the Determination of Its Monosaccharide Composition"was taking as an example to carry on the research of reform in education.Through independent literature search,self-designed experimental scheme and analysis and discussion of the results,not only their manipulative ability but also their subjective initiative are improved.Meanwhile,theory was put into practice.Finally,a satisfying teaching goal was a-chieved.
