摘要
选取斜生栅藻作为研究对象,将其接种于含有低浓度无机锌(Zn 2+)(0~16 mg/L)、六价铬(Cr^6+)(0~2 mg/L)、无机铜(Cu^2+)(0~4 mg/L)的培养基中,研究了斜生栅藻的对不同重金属离子的耐受性。结果表明:斜生栅藻对重金属Zn^2+的生长耐受程度不超过8 mg/L,并且0~4 mg/L的添加量对斜生栅藻的生长没有抑制作用,反而有促进生长的作用;斜生栅藻能耐重金属Cr^6+的浓度范围是0~1.5 mg/L;斜生栅藻能耐重金属Cu^2+的浓度范围是0~2 mg/L。
The growth of Scenedesmus obliquus under different concentrations of heavy metal ions(Zn^2+,Cr^6+,Cu^2+)was studied in TAP medium.The results showed that under certain conditions,the three heavy metal ions had significant effects on the growth of Scenedesmus obliquus.The growth of Scenedesmus obliquus was inhibited when the concentration of Zn^2+was between 0 and 8 mg/L,and the growth of Scenedesmus obliquus was inhibited when the concentration of Cr^6+was between 0 and 1.5 mg/L.The growth of Scenedesmus obliquus was inhibited when the concentration of Cu^2+was between 0 and 2 mg/L.
