食源性致病菌混合菌种的分离鉴定

摘要 依据食品安全国家标准GB 4789现行有效的微生物检验方法及CNAS评审专家提供的混合菌种鉴定作业指导书,对食源性致病菌混合菌种进行了实验室比对实验。结果表明:盲样样品中检出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(1,4,[5],12:i:1,2)和阪崎肠杆菌。此次混合菌种鉴定项目取得了满意的实验结果,通过考核可以确保日常检测结果准确可靠。 Objective:To improve microbial laboratory testing ability and technical level of inspectors through laboratory comparison test.Methods:According to the national standard GB 4789 for food safety,this paper adopts the current effective microbiological testing methods and the guidance for identification of mixed strains provided by CNAS evaluation experts.Results:Salmonella typhimurium and Enterobacter sakazakii were detected in the blind samples.Conclusion:Satisfactory experimental results have been obtained in the identification project of mixed strains.Through the examination,the accuracy and reliability of the daily test resultscan be ensured.
