Design of 12379 Short Message Subsystem of Hubei Emergency Warning Information Publishing System

设计了湖北省突发事件预警信息发布系统12379短信子系统,实现了预警短信的发布、监控、统计分析等功能,进一步提高了应对突发事件的信息发布能力,以期为提前预防、及时发布提供参考。

This paper designs a 12379 short message subsystem of Hubei emergency early warning information publishing system,which realizes the functions of issuing,monitoring and statistical analysis of early warning short messages.The subsystem further improves the ability of information publishing in response to emergencies,and provides strong support for early prevention and timely publication.
