大数据背景下基于问题驱动的独立学院教务服务管理运行优化探究

Problem-driven Optimization of Educational Administration Management in Independent Colleges Under the Background of Big Data

大数据背景下对教务服务管理提出了更为个性化与精准化服务管理要求,对于独立学院如何构建符合自身教务管理的工作流,应用大数据优化提升教务服务管理水平直接影响到学校人才培养目标的实现与专业学科教学计划的有序高效开展。文章以南京工业大学浦江学院的发展历程和基于问题驱动构建教务服务管理体系为例,对独立学院教务服务管理问题进行了分析探究,并提出了以学生为中心的新教务服务管理体系运行优化建设意见。

Under the background of big data on educational service management provides more personalized and accurate service management requirements for independent colleges to establish their own educational management workflow,implementation and application of large data professional teaching plans of upgrading the educational service management level directly affects the school personnel training objectives of the orderly and efficient conduct.In this paper,the development course of Pujiang College of Nanjing University of Technology and based on the problem of driving construction of educational service management system as an example,the educational service management problems of independent college are analyzed,and puts forward suggestions of operation optimization new educational services management system with students as the center.
