赤峰市中心城区居住功能区利用状况分析

Analysis of utilization status of residential functionalarea in Chifeng City Center

为充分了解赤峰市中心城区居住用地利用水平,本文以赤峰市中心城区为研究区,运用GIS软件划定居住功能区范围,建立居住功能区利用状况定量评价指标体系,计算居住功能区集约利用指数,运用总分频率曲线图法将居住能区划分为四种类型,综合评判研究区居住用地空间分异规律。结果显示:①研究区居住功能区整体属于中度利用型;②集约利用型区域有两个特点:一是以老旧城区为主的低容积率、高建筑密度区域;二是以新区为主的高容积率、低建筑密度区域;③中、低度利用型区域以散落分布的城中村为主。

To fully understand the utilization level of residential land of Chifeng City Center,taking Chifeng City Center as research area,using GIS software defined scope of residential functionalarea,establishing a quantitative evaluation index system for the utilization of residential functional area,calculating intensive utilization indexof residential functionalarea,using the method of total frequency curve can live zoning can be divided into four types,the spatial differentiation law of residential land in the study area was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that:(1)The residential function area in the study area was moderately utilized.(2)The intensive utilization area has two characteristics:one is the old urban area mainly with low plot ratio and high building density area;Second,it is a new area with high plot ratio and low building density.(3)Medium and low utilization areas are mainly scattered in urban villages.
