大连市沙河口区空间扩展的时空特征

Spatial and spatial characteristics of space expansion in Shahekou District, Dalian City

利用建筑密度、容积率和城市扩展强度3种方法从二维与三维相结合的角度分析大连市沙河口区空间扩展的时空特征。研究表明:2005-2018年建筑密度增长2.27%,建筑用地增加,空地率降低;容积率增加0.39,土地开发强度提高,空间利用率增加;13年间城区扩展强度指数为4.83%,扩展主要集中在东南方向的中山公园街道、白山路街道和星海湾街道,沙河口区空间扩展属于内部更新改造没有向外扩张趋势。

The spatial and temporal characteristics of space expansion in Shahekou District of Dalian City were analyzed from the perspective of two and three dimensions using three methods:building density,volume ratio and urban expansion strength.The study shows that the building density increased by 2.27%from 2005 to 2018,the construction land increased,and the vacancy rate decreased;the volume ratio increased by 0.39,the land development intensity increased,and the space utilization rate increased.During the 13 years,the urban expansion intensity index was 4.83%.The expansion was mainly concentrated in the southeast of Zhongshan Park Street,Baishan Road Street and Xingwan Street.The space expansion in Shahekou District was an internal renewal and transformation without outward expansion.
