摘要
针对预制拼装再生混凝土小型综合管廊特点,以碳排放作为评价指标,采用Bottom-up模式进行了全生命周期评价。明确了碳排放控制边界,进行了全生命周期阶段划分;基于各阶段主要采用的机械设备类型及作业时间等参数,结合《2018年全国统一施工机械台班费用定额》及能源消耗与燃料碳排放标准,建立了全生命周期碳排放评价模型;结合工程算例进行碳排放核算,得到了全生命周期内不同阶段碳排放比例,明确了碳排放主要控制阶段,推荐了对应的控制措施。
In accordance with the traits of prefabricated assembly small-sized underground pipe gallery with recycled concrete,taking carbon emission as the assessment index,the bottom-up pattern life cycle assessment(LCA)is adopted.The time control boundary is determined,and the assessment stages are divided.The carbon emission assessment model is built up,according to the machinery type and work time of different stagesbased on The National United Construction Machinery One-shift Cost Quota(2008),withthe corresponding energy consumption and fuel carbon emission standard.Combined with the carbon emission accounting for a construction example,the carbon emission ratio of different stages is obtained.The key stage of carbon emission control is defined and proper measures are recommended.
