东方之门双塔合龙施工工艺分析

摘要 根据东方之门独立的两幢塔楼在230m以上顶部整体连接;形成双向曲线并底宽约70m的拱门形式,并且整个合拢段结构跨度大的结构特点,对施工协调性以及对接精度要求非常高。双塔对接安装精度高,结构相互关连,安装先后顺序对结构的稳定性影响大。如何确保各个节点能顺利对接,控制施工过程中结构变形双塔的相对标高,对保证双塔的对接精度尤为重要。 The two tower buildings of The Gate of the Orient are connected together as a whole at the top from 230 m above the ground to form an arch which is composed by two curves and which is about 70 m wide at the bottom.The connected part has a wide span.Therefore,it had strict requirements for the construction harmonization and connection accuracy.Considering the high connection accuracy and complex structural connection,the installation sequence has big influence on the structural stability.How to guarantee the smooth connection of each nodes and to control the relative elevation of the twin buildings with structural deformation during construction are very important for control of the connection accuracy.
