摘要
项目管理是建安建筑企业最基本的核心管理工作,也是推进集团转型升级、提质增效的必然要求。但是客观地讲,现阶段项目管理相对粗放,基础管理较为薄弱,风险管理尚显滞后,对企业仍有很大的提升空间,因此,进一步提升项目管理整体水平仍然迫切而重要。利用BIM技术对结构工程的施工主材精细化管理进行案例分析,总结处一套企业内部的精细化管理方案,并实现客观的经济效益和管理效益。
Project management is the most basic core management work of construction enterprises in Jian'an.It is also an inevitable requirement to promote the transformation and upgrading of the group,improve quality and increase efficiency.But objectively speaking,project management is relatively extensive,basic management is relatively weak,risk management is still lagging behind,there is still a lot of room for enterprises to improve,so it is still urgent and important to further improve the overall level of project management.This paper uses BIM technology to analyze the case of fine management of main materials in construction of structural engineering,summarizes a set of fine management schemes within enterprises,and achieves objective economic benefits and management benefits.
