Analysis of Influence of Pricing Method and Contract Management on Construction Cost in Bidding Stage of Construction Engineering

合同管理在工程实施阶段具有十分重要的作用,工程利润会受到招标阶段计价方式与合同管理的影响,因此分别从招标阶段计价方式对造价的影响与合同管理对造价的影响这两方面进行了探究,并提出加强建筑工程招标阶段计价方式与合同管理措施,为类似工程提供借鉴。

Contract management plays a very important role in the implementation stage of the project,and the project profit will be affected by the pricing mode and contract management in the bidding stage.Therefore,this paper probes into the influence of the pricing mode on the construction cost in the bidding stage and the contract management on the construction cost respectively,and puts forward to strengthen the bidding stage planning of the construction project.Price mode and contract management measures can provide reference for similar projects.
