摘要 以灌区为研究对象,为提高灌溉效率、提升灌溉质量,设计一款一体化闸门控制系统。系统包含电源模块、数据采集模块、模糊控制算法模块、存储模块、通讯模块和人机交互模块等,并采用STM32微处理器作为控制芯片,由上位机设置灌溉水量及灌溉时间,经RS485传输给下位机。流速仪和多圈式绝对式光电编码器采集到的流速和闸门开度信息,会与模糊控制算法进行整合运算,之后通过启闭电机来控制闸门的开度。该一体化闸门控制系统具有可自动调节和控制精度高等优点,有助于对灌区水资源的合理利用、提升灌溉效率及质量。 Taking irrigation area as the research object,in order to improve irrigation efficiency and quality,an integrated gate control system is designed.The system includes a power module,a data acquisition module,a fuzzy control algorithm module,a storage module,a communication module,a man-machine interaction module and the like.The STM32 microprocessor is adopted as a control chip,and the upper computer sets the irrigation water quantity and irrigation time and transmits them to the lower computer through RS485.The flow velocity and gate opening information collected by the flow velocity meter and the multi-loop absolute photoelectric encoder are integrated with the fuzzy control algorithm,and then the gate opening are controlled by turning on and off the motor.The integrated gate control system has the advantages of automatic adjustment,high control precision and the like,and is helpful for reasonable utilization of water resources in irrigation areas and improvement of irrigation efficiency and quality.
