摘要
探析电力企业就如何加强薪酬管理、完善内部员工激励制度做出的可行性措施,进一步激励员工更好地工作,推动电力企业更好地发展。
This paper probes into the feasible measures taken by electric power enterprises on how to strengthen salary management and improve the internal staff incentive system,so as to further encourage employees to work better and promote the better development of electric power enterprises.
