东北青贮玉米品质现状分析

Analysis on Current Situation of Silage Maize Quality in Northeast China

为了解东北地区青贮玉米品质现状,对2018年东北4省(黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古)242份青贮玉米进行了粗蛋白质、粗纤维、总糖、水分、酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维等指标进行了分析与品质评价。结果表明:东北青贮玉米因收获时期不同,其品质指标不均衡。粗蛋白质平均含量偏低(约6.7%);粗纤维、水分、酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量偏高;总糖含量尚可。达到青贮玉米品种审定要求的样品占12.4%。控制青贮玉米最佳收获时期是保证青贮玉米营养品质的基础。

In order to understand the quality of silage maize from four provinces(Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning and Inner Mongolia),242 silage maize varieties in 2018 were analyzed and evaluated,including crude protein,crude fiber,total sugar,moisture content,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber.The results showed that the quality index of silage maize in Northeast district was not equilibrium due to different harvest period.Low average crude protein content(about 6.7%).High content of crude fiber,moisture,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber.Total sugar content was passable.12.4%of samples arrived the requirements of the silage maize variety approval standard.It was the basis of nutritional quality for controlling optimal harvest period of silage maize.
